Cellulite appears as those ugly, lumpy 'orange peel' bumps on the skin and is usually most noticeable around the hips, thighs & buttocks region.

• Take 1 to 2 capsules, 2 to 3 times per day with food.
  Start off by only taking 1 capsule at a time.
  Some people can experience a 'flushing', itching & reddening of the skin when 2 capsules are taken at the same time. This is caused by the Niacin and can last to 10 to 15 minutes. It does not indicate an allergic reaction and it is not dangerous, but reduce dosage to 1 capsule at a time if it happens every time you take 2 capsules.
